"Qualifying as a Sound Practitioner in 2009 has been one of the highlights of my healing practice. Whether you already are a complementary therapist or entirely new to this field, you will discover a grounded and structured approach for working with clients, and for conducting your own soundbaths. BAST also provides you with an array of wonderful instruments. Altogether a wonderful experience, with the privilege to have met dear friends for life."

Course Format
This course concentrates on the use of the Himalayan singing bowls, crystal
bowls and voice (toning and overtoning) to effect a change in the energy system.
The diploma is a ‘practitioner level' training course, which means that our
students are able to make an informed diagnosis of a client's energy system and
be able to treat the imbalances that present themselves. The course is held one
weekend a month for 10 months plus 2 weekends in the following year so is very
easy to fit in if you have a busy life. Courses are held at the Bognor Regis
Campus of the University of Chichester and The Isbourne Centre in Cheltenham.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course it is our aim that students will:
 |
Have a good standard of
knowledge of the BAST method of sound therapy |
 |
Be sensitive to energy
changes facilitated by sound within their own system |
 |
Be aware of how to help
facilitate energy changes in others |
 |
Be able to make an
assessment of the imbalances in their client's energy system and give an
appropriate treatment to meet each client's needs |
 |
Be able to support
their clients through their healing journey in a professional and
supportive way |
